 We called Office Concepts of Reno because we were having issues with our used Xerox Docucolor 252.  We Could not get a local authorized Xerox dealer to come out and help service our machine although we emailed and called numerous times.  Dan came right out and took care of our problem.  He was prompt and extremely affordable, especially when compared with the local Xerox dealer, who never came out.  We will use Dan with any other service we need on our Docucolor.

 "Dealing with Office Concepts of Reno was truly a 5 star experience.  My Canon Multipass F60 was only printing the black images although my color cartridges were all new. Found Office Concepts of Reno by googling canon printer repair. Dan immediately answered my call. When learning of my problem he said "let me see if I can save you some money." He went on to tell me it most likely is the printer cartridge. He instructed me to take out the printer cartridge and clean it by spraying windex on paper towel and blotting. It Worked. I called him back to thank him . Dan is truly a person that understands customer service. He will be the first person I call when I have any other business office repair needs and would recommend that everyone else makes Office Concepts of Reno there first call for any office machine repair needs too."

 Had a problem with an old Epson printer.  They couldn't find parts, so they brought a refurbished HP printer.  Got it working with my old Mac.  Works Great, and they gave me a one year warranty.

 Called Dan to repair my HP Laser Jet. He offered to come the same day. Told him that was too soon. haha. A time was arranged and he came promptly with parts in hand and made the repair. Cost of repairs was quite affordable. Will definitely use him again when needed. Thanks, Dan.
